They aren't just your mom's old prefolds, pins and plastic pants anymore!
Cassidy in her first ever cloth diaper. A Haute Pocket One Size, white, with snaps. Double stuffed for night time :)

Cloth diapers have come a LONG way!
The cheapest way is to use prefolds, and not the gerber kind, those are a joke! Diaper service quality prefolds (chinese or indian) are great, and easy to adjust to fit your kid!
On the left is a Gerber prefold, the right is a Chinese prefold.

You can use them with a snappi or just trifold them and lay them in a cover.

There are tons of different brands out there. I like thirsties covers, but the elastic on the legs didn't work for Cassidy.

Fleece covers are great too! Cass is wearing one in this picture.

Pocket diapers are easy to use and you can adjust the absorbancy.
Here's a bumGenius 2.0 One Size pocket diaper.
The pink part is the waterproof layer of PUL, the white is suedecloth (some have fleece) it's the stay dry part.

Beside the diaper is the insert. It's made of microfiber.

You stuff it in the diaper like so. (put it all the way in obviously)

There are also All In One diapers (everything in one piece!) and Fitted diapers (require a cover)
I have tried them all, but my favorites were always the pockets.
Holiday themed diapers are fun! This one was a gift from an online friend :) (Thanks Taryn!)

If you have a girl, a ruffle butt diaper is a must!

You can even get your diapers embroidered!

Oh look, I still have an old "stash pic" - we cloth diaper enthusiasts share pictures of our "stash"

Time to potty train? You can find cloth trainers! Here are the ones my friend Jamie made for me :)
